GDG Shanghai is coming again with Hour of Code: Intelligent Hardware ! Co-founder of Youxia Motor will give tech talk on his startup of building an real native electric car. Organizer of GDG Brunei Darussalam will share android wearable development experience on his first time to China.

Since it is a more technical sharing session and workshop, the expectation of attendace is relatively low. To our surprise, the presence of participants are extremely high. More than 85% of those who registered for the event showed up.

Xing Hui, the Co-founder of Youxia Auto, introduced the technical frame of making a intelligent auto and futher elaborated on the future of intelligent autos in China. Intelligent hardwares have definitely created a great blue print in front of us and many questions have been raised by participants.

GDG Suzhou has also joined us over Hangout, with more than 20 Suzhou developers involved in the event.

Organiser of GDG Brunei has also hosted the code lab part of the event. Azaman prepared a PPT for participant including working on Androif Studio to create different effects on Android watches.

Most developers in mainland China have never participated in Android wear developement before and Android wear is still a newly booming field in the industry. Azaman revealed a brand new way to Chinese developers in how to generate ideas on Wear App and make practical plans.

After the event, we had a happy gathering dinner with Azaman and Muslin dishes. The experience was great for us all, and Azaman also told us that "it's azamaing to see so many developers intereted in android wear app development."

"Brunei has been a small country with open attitude. We would love to hold more events with GDG Shanghai and Chinese developers." said Azaman.
