怎么找回我的谷歌开发者账户？

我的谷歌开发者账户被谷歌封停了，现在无法登陆了。
我大概知道了谷歌是因为我的更新机制问题封停了我的账户，我现在想要修改我的APP，但是我必须要登陆到我账户后台去重新上传修改后的APP，否则是无法修改的。谁可以告诉我找回的方式方法。ps：我已经给谷歌发送了邮件也在线提交了工单，可是都已经一周了还是没有回应我，若能帮助我找回开发者账户将万分感谢，谢谢！
