Responsibility:
As a technical account manager, you will help the clients to determine the right mix of technologies and services for their needs. You lead implementations, deployments, integrations and troubleshooting for a variety of products and technology, especially focusing on mobile web technology. Your solid technical background will help you confidently uncover the business opportunities for our clients. You can also learn the cutting-edge technology on mobile web (or App) and have chances to collaborate with product engineer team. Three key responsibilities for the role:
Work closely with sales team to work out client’s AMP/PWA/Payment API implementation plan to improve clients’ website speed; user experience and conversion rate.
Work closely with client technical team with to test and optimize their mobile site and provide hands on assistance to them.
Train client technical team to build up their implementation capabilities and provide necessary diagnosis and advice.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Software Engineering/Computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong experience in web development (e.g. mobile), and experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS etc.
Experience in using tools for debugging(Chrome Developer Tool, proxy tools).
Experience in a consultative capacity.
Good written and oral communication in English and Mandarin.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience breaking down and simplifying problems.
Knowledge of tools and technologies used by and the challenges faced by Web Developers.
Experience of working on a scripting language and a programming language (Java, Python, C++).
Ability to distill disparate observations into cohesive white papers and trend reports.
Effective problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
