3.14日，GDG Zhuhai成功的举**了年度第一次WTM活动：To Be A Better Me。

广大对IT及移动互联网技术学习渴望的程序媛们齐聚一堂，在这里一起学习互联网技术，交流开发心得！本次邀请到的讲师和GDG组委一起分享了(开发+产品+UI+测试)以及演讲的艺术多方面的经验。

活动时间：2015年3月14日，9:30~17:30

活动地点：珠海市吉大景山路莲山巷8号金山软件大厦，1F贵宾会议室

活动总结：

8小时的全天活动分享

报名人数：41人，其中通过G+报名41人

现场参与：58人，其中30名为女生 (>50%), 讲师5名（4名程序媛）

【9:30~10:00 现场签到，WTM暖场视频】

参加的MM太积极了，九点十分左右大家还在布置会场的时候，就已经到了十几个MM了，由于临时在线直播出了一点点网络调试问题，提前播放了WTM的视频进行暖场，去年GDG及WTM活动的程序媛们许多出现在视频中，现场还有妹子在视频里找到了去年已经在参与WTM活动的自己，赞一个。

Alice Tan：介绍本次活动的目的及主要议程，以及讲师简洁。

【10:30~11:00 程序媛分享：一个女程序媛的自白】

主讲：刘浩丽

标准的程序媛，Android开发工程师！

现场非常生动有趣的讲了自己加入程序猿族群的原因，以及这个族群的必备素质，引起了很多想从事程序开发的妹子们强烈的共鸣和兴趣。并且现场教大家编程，最简单的hello world，以及邮箱爆满的时候如何用程序猿思维来解决问题。

【11:00~12:00 程序媛分享：你不知道的Android】

主讲：谭莉

测试经理妹子一枚，也有一点点产品和运营方面的经验！

现场给大家讲了Android系统版本1.5到5.1期间的版本演变历程，讲了安卓系统里版本代号背后的故事，现场演示了有趣的版本号彩蛋，以及每个版本的系统重大的更新，以及跟Android程序开发非常有关联的设置选项。让现场想学软件开发和测试的听众受益匪浅，大家才知道原来Android系统这么的人性化，为开发者**了这么丰富的调试选项。

午餐一起分享披萨，拍了集体大合影和与KT板的合影。

自由和讲师交流，气氛友好热烈。许多同学在**怎么定位自己的职业方向和进行职业规划，怎么针对自己选定的职业进行学习，和讲师自由交流时光。

然后带领同学参观了小米之家和金山大厦，围观了移动互联网公司的**公环境，和程序猿的座位。

【14:00~14:30 Android Wear+cardboard初体验】

主讲：老高

老高现场为大家分享了Android Wear官方的宣传视频，展示了Android wear**发邮件、查看天气、航班跟踪、google搜索等等。并现场**samsung Gear和 Moto 360给大家体验，另外有两个cardboard给大家现场拼装体验，由于墙的关系，Android Wear的体验受了很多限制，所以大家还是对cardboard兴趣更高。

【14:30~15:20 IT Geek如何像Jobs一样演讲】

主讲：贺嘉

贺嘉，当天的唯一一位特邀男嘉宾讲师，福布斯中文网专栏作家，TEDxZhuhai策展人，广东电台财经频道客座嘉宾。

贺嘉以乔布斯的演讲为什么那么吸引人的例子作为一个引，来引起大家的好奇，以三种套路故事的形式为大家演示了如何去演讲，才能更加好的吸引听众。

夏左左，金山软件WPS部门可爱的UI萌妹纸一枚

这是今天最受欢迎的一个课程，讲师现场打开PS，简洁几步的快捷键操作，创造出的奇妙图案，让在场的小伙伴们表示都惊呆了。课后当组委还没来得及分享视频时，小伙伴们纷纷给组委留言，求夏左左老师的ppt，纷纷赞夏老师好厉害。本人当场也被ctrl、shift、alt这些不同的组合带来的不同功能给吸引了，心想一定要实战一下，学会这一项技能。

【16:20~17:30 程序媛分享：何为交互设计】

主讲：Cattleya

Cattleya，美貌与智慧并重的北师大师姐，舞蹈功底也很不错哟

小编不得不说，Cattleya的气场和演讲口才真是杠杠的。她为大家讲解了交互设计的概念，以实例讲了交互设计的日常工作和经验，也介绍了交互设计师常用的工具，Xmind、PS、Axure，大家记住了吗。

这次活动非常感谢大家的支持，特别是各位在上班加班之余还抽空整理ppt和来参与分享的各位程序媛讲师。回顾活动，里面还是有很多不足之处：

- 会场的布置忘了头一天提前通知物业准备好，结果当天志愿者折腾了很久~~

- Hangout的情况预估不足，翻墙网络和调试花费了一段时间

- 饮料和纸杯迟到了，没有提前准备好

- 演讲期间，临时到了很多同学，没有及时跟进签到了

在接下来的GDG和WTM的活动中，我们还会继续给大家分享更多更精彩的内容。

A Very interesting speech，She told the girls her own reasons to be Android Development Engineer.and teached the simplest hello world.
